Mr. Fenet is an insurance defense and insurance regulatory lawyer with 30 plus years experience and with 76 reported cases. Clients include major Lloyd’s Syndicates, London Companies and US risk Carriers. 

He has, outside of his legal activities, extensive experience with venture capital raising and mergers and acquisitions.

His most recent specialty project was the acquisition of a property & casualty insurance company licensed to write insurance in 30 states.
